Weight Loss Tips

1. Avoid eating late at night. Your last meal must be taken before 8:pm. 2. Exercise is very important, you can talk 30minutes walk in the morning. 3. Avoid soda and reduce your soft drinks intake. 4. Cut back on fat and calories intake. 5. Take a lot of fruits and vegetables. 6. Hydrates yourself, take at least 8 glasses of water everyday. 7.
