Oyo Government Releases Batch A List of Qualified TESCOM Applicants



Oyo State Government through Oyo State Post Primary Teaching  Service Commission has released the first batch of the names of qualified applicants who participated in TESCOM's 2024 recruitment exercise 

 The Permanent Secretary TESCOM, Alhaji Lawal Haroon, during an interview in his Office at TESCOM headquarters this week eulogized,  Governor Seyi  Makinde as infallible and amiable Governor who is interested in Education sector and welfare of the citizens, has given directives for the names of the newly appointed teachers and non teaching staff to be released.

 Alhaji Haroon said that all candidates should endeavor to check his or her  portals as from Monday 25th of November, 2024, for their names 

   He urged the public to disregard the fake list circulating and that the authentic list would be on the State  portal as from next week Monday.

  He further said that  all hands are on deck to ensure that appointment   are prepared and delivered  as and  when due

 The Oyo State Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), is set  for the   screening exercise and  distribution of appointment letters to newly appointed teachers. The Permanent Secretary for the Commission,  Alhaji Lawal Haroon, made this known to newsmen as contained in a circular dated December 26, 2024.  He said  that the new appointees would  receive SMS notifications regarding their screening process and appointment letters from  Saturday, December 28, 2024, emphasizing  that the newly recruited teachers are to report at their respective zones for  collection of  their appointment letters from Monday, 30th December, 2024. The Permanent Secretary also clarified that the appointment letters ready for Monday do not include  individuals with special needs or non-teaching categories. WASILAT ASSUMES OFFICE AS OYO COMMISSIONER FOR YOUTH AND SPORTS
