OYO HONOURS ENVIRONMENTAL PARTNER FOR LONGSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO SUSTAINABILITY



The Oyo State Government, through the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, has recognized Environmental Managers Consult Limited for its outstanding partnership and sustained contributions to environmental sustainability during the 2026 World Environment Day celebration.
 The award forms part of the Ministry's commitment to appreciating individuals and organizations supporting the state's environmental agenda.

Speaking after receiving the award, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company, Barrister, Estate Surveyor and Valuer, Town Planner Oloyede Adelani John, expressed gratitude to the Oyo State Government and described the recognition as a source of great joy and encouragement.

 He commended the Honourable Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Hon. Ademola Aderinto, for demonstrating exemplary environmental stewardship through the initiative.

The award recipient also lauded the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde for its unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability, praying that Oyo State would continue to maintain its status as the Pacesetter State by becoming "stronger, cleaner and greener" through continuous investment in environmental protection and climate conscious policies.

Highlighting the company's contributions over the years, Barrister Oloyede noted that Environmental Managers Consult Limited has maintained a productive partnership with the Ministry since registering with it in 2005 as one of the earliest environmental consulting firms. 
He disclosed that the organization has consistently supported the Ministry through the donation of reflective jackets, office equipment and other essential materials to strengthen environmental management operations.

The recognition of Environmental Managers Consult Limited underscores the Oyo State Government's resolve to foster strategic partnerships with the private sector and other stakeholders in advancing sustainable environmental practices, climate action and the collective responsibility of building a cleaner and healthier environment for present and future generations.
